2. Description of Service

Photo Disruptor is a client-side image disruption toolkit that provides:

• 16 image disruption techniques (micro-crop, noise injection, hash disruption, etc.)
• Batch image processing
• AI-powered object removal
• Invisible watermarking
• EXIF metadata inspection and editing

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Pricing

• First month: $5
• Monthly (after first month): $10/month
• Annual: $50/year

4.2 Payment Method

All payments are processed via NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. We accept 300+ cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, DOGE, XMR, and LTC.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive a payment reminder before each renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by Photo Disruptor and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial image processing.

You retain full ownership of all images you process using our tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Photo Disruptor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Photo Disruptor is a privacy tool designed for legitimate use cases such as protecting personal photos from unauthorized tracking and fingerprinting. We do not endorse or encourage the use of our tools for any illegal activity. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
